In order to carry out the Provisions for Catering Services Licensing and the Provisions for Food Safety Supervision in Catering Services, and formalize the law enforcement on catering services licensing and food safety supervision in catering services, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently issued the Document Standard for Law Enforcement on Food Safety Supervision in Catering Services, which went into force as of the date of promulgation.

The Document Standard defines 51 documents on administrative law enforcement including catering services licensing, supervision and inspection, sampling inspection and administrative penalty in food safety supervision in catering services, and specifies that SFDA will prepare the uniform formats for these documents.
