The Provisions for Pharmaceutical Precursor Chemicals (Order No.72 of the Ministry of Health) went into effect on May 1, 2010. In order to fully implement the Provisions, perform the regulatory duties seriously and enhance the supervision on the pharmaceutical precursor chemicals in a practical way, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) and the Ministry of Public Security recently jointly issued a notice, requiring for effective implementation of the Provisions for Pharmaceutical Precursor Chemicals.
